Do you have a shop
We will be setting up shop in south city Christchurch on Welles Street at The Welder in 2019. For now we are working from a studio in St Albans. The studio is by appointment only, please call to arrange an appointment

Delivery to work places
We deliver to work places, if it is a work place with multiple work areas flowers will be delivered to reception. All deliveries to work places will be made before 5pm Please give as much detail regarding the work place as you are able to when checking out. It is helpful for us to know the name of the business, specific information about access if required, your recipients full name and phone number and the time they are likely to finish work
Delivery to hospitals
We deliver to hospitals in Christchurch. It is very helpful for us to know what ward your recipient is staying on. We will always check make sure your recipient is still in hospital and is allowed to take delivery of flowers before we attempt delivery.
Please note that several wards at Christchurch public hospital do not allow flowers, these include Ward 10 (CTW, Vascular) Ward 11 (Surgical), Ward 15 & SPCU, Ward 16 & SARA, Ward 17, Ward 18, Ward 19 & OTU, Ward 20, Ward 24, Ward 25, Ward 26, Ward 28, Ward 29, AMAU, BMTU, CHOC, CICU, CTW, ICU, PHDU, UU
We can make deliveries to all other Christchurch hospitals
What happens to my flowers if no one is home
When checking out please let us know if the flowers are safe to leave.
We use professional flower couriers or deliver the flowers ourselves so you can trust your delivery to be well looked after.
If you have let us know the flowers are safe to leave and no one is home at the time of delivery then the flowers will be left in a safe place
If you have let us know that its not safe to leave the flowers we will call the recipient to arrange a suitable delivery time. Don't worry we'll be discreet!
If you don't know if the flowers are safe to leave then we will attempt to make the delivery. If no one is home and there is a suitable place the flowers will be left safely. If we cannot gain access and cannot contact your recipient then the flowers will be returned to the shop and we will contact you to make further arrangements
Can I order something thats not on the website
Of course! Got a great idea? Looking for some specific flowers or colours or just checking to see whats good today? Order our designers choice or give us a call and we will put together something special with your suggestions to guide us
Will my flower delivery look like the picture online
The images of bouquets and arrangements shown on this website are for illustrative purposes only. Due to the seasonal nature of flowers availability will change change throughout the year.
We reserve the right to select the best seasonal product on your behalf. This can mean your bouquet looks different to that shown on the website.
Your flowers will be carefully styled in the spirit of your chosen design and will always contain the value purchased.

We guarantee the freshness, quality and value of all of our flowers. If for any reason you are unsatisfied please contact us immediately to discuss a replacement or refund. Contact must be made within 12hrs of flowers leaving for delivery.
